The course is a privately owned facility ~ open to the public. Our basic purpose is to provide golfing facilities for the social and recreational use of Kootenai County citizens at a reasonable cost. Visitors repeatedly tell us, they "have never seen a public course in such great shape!"

Our par-71, 6,684-yard course was redesigned in 2002 by Frank Burandt, who learned the right golf stuff while working with Nicklaus Design. In our $3.3 million renovation, greens were restructured, ponds and bunkers were added and several holes were redesigned. Ours is a semi-private course, but we welcome travelers who want to stop off for 18 or local residents who would like to play regularly at our course
