Tubbs Hill |
Tubbs Hill is comprised of 135 acres of publicly owned land. It is largely undeveloped and only a few man-made elements are found in what is essentially an urban wilderness area., accessible only by foot. Tubbs Hill offers as great a picturesque scenery and tranquil setting as anyone could hope to find in a natural park. |

Route of the Hiawatha |
This portion of the Olympian Hiawatha route has been called one of the most breathtaking scenic stretches of railroad in the country. The "crown jewel" of rail-to-trail mountain bicycle trails is operated by Lookout Pass Ski Area which is located adjacent to I-90 at the Idaho/Montana state line, 12 miles east of historic Wallace, Idaho. The Hiawatha Trail is open daily from May 24 thru October 5 from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PDT. The Hiawatha Bike Trail is on U. S. National Forest land administered by the St. Joe Ranger District of the Idaho Panhandle National Forest. |

Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes |
The purpose of this 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation is to promote, educate, encourage and assist in the development and maintenance of the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes. In addition, the corporation intends to coordinate and share efforts in support of new and existing trail systems in the St. Joe and Coeur d'Alene River basins and throughout northern Idaho and neighboring states with connecting trails. |
