New Gold Mountain Standardized Real Estate Signage Policy   posted Wed, 08 Apr 2009
The HOA Board of Directors and the Design Review Committee have adopted a new policy for standarization of real estate signs within Gold Mountain. This policy is similar to those used in nearby residential developments and several in the Tahoe/Truckee area. Area realtors are being notified of the new policy. All new real estate listings must use the new sign. All existing real estate listings using signs that do not comply with the previous signage policy must be replaced with the new sign immediately. All existing real estate signs that are in compliance with the previous policy must be replaced with the new sign by January 1, 2010. View the new standardized signage policy and sign examples.

GM Lighting Policy, January 11, 2008   posted Mon, 08 Sep 2008
The design and philosophy of Gold Mountain extends to the preservation of the natural forest setting within the community at night as well as the daytime. In order to implement this philosophy, the Gold Mountain Homeowners Association hereby adopts the following standard for lighting.
