The HOA Board of Directors and the Design Review Committee have adopted a new policy for standarization of real estate signs within Gold Mountain. This policy is similar to those used in nearby residential developments and several in the Tahoe/Truckee area. Area realtors are being notified of the new policy. All new real estate listings must use the new sign. All existing real estate listings using signs that do not comply with the previous signage policy must be replaced with the new sign immediately.
