Overview of this Morning Star property.

From the Southeast edge of the property, the 12th green is at the right edge of this photo, and the 14th green is on the left down around those trees. The driveway exits the property away to the right.

 In this partial view of the property from across the 14th fairway, you can see how the sloping land affords the opportunity to build a two-level home with walk-out lower level ... to a hot tub, fire pit, walking path -- whatever!

Looking North along the Driveway.
 As you exit the property to Morning Star (dog-leg to the right ahead), you are presented this spectacular view. The main part of the 1.7 acre property is to the left of the driveway with a smaller section to the right up a hill. The driveway doubles as a golf cart path between the 12th green (ahead) and the 13th tee box over the left shoulder of the photographer in this picture.

Northern Edge of Property on 12th Green and Fairway.
 As you exit the property to Morning Star, you drive over the North edge of the property with this view of the gold course. Your home can be located to enjoy this view.

 To the South of the property, your home can overlook the 13th tee-box. Watch golfers tee off on this challenging par 3 hole ... away from you!

The spectacular (and challenging) 14th green awaits you.
 This undulating green challenges even the best golfers (as does the entire Nakoma golf course). The best place to enjoy this green is from your second level deck with favorite beverage in hand. Let others do the putting around!

Why not include a standalone studio or ...
 ... home theatre / entertainment "cabin" on the edge of the property by the 14th green.

Mountain view beyond your golf setting.
 You will find it difficult to leave your propperty with these mesmerizing views. Can there be a better getaway dream home location?
