Emily Garcia's Santa Fe Real Estate website featuring Enfeedia news feed.
In a unique and extraordinarily competitive real estate market like Santa Fe, a buyer will do well to select an agent who knows market inside and outside (no pun intended). Those who have worked with Emily know her to be that person ... but what about those not yet introduced to her? Emily has chosen to publish a real estate informational news feed hosted by Enfeedia to communicate to site visitors her mastery of the market and ongoing diligence in providing important information to those making such a major commitment as a home purchase. In short, her feed, displayed on her website, established her as an authority to those who have not already learned that about her.

Emily has elected to display a portion of her most recent postings directly on the home page, not only for the benefit of human visitors, but also for those pesky search engines looking for a basis of granting high page ranking. Of course, the higher the page ranking, the more traffic to one's website. Visit her site to see how well the feed blends in with its beautiful design. Contact Put Your Feed Up is you are interested in gaining a competitive advantage using news feeds -- easy and free.

Newsfeed-driven Gold Mountain HOA/CSD website designed by "Put Your Feed Up"
The community association of Gold Mountain California now publishes a completely new website designed by Keligo using multiple RSS feeds to drive content onto the site. This approach provides the multiple benefits of simple site maintenance (add and modify content by filling out forms at Enfeedia by a site administrator), subscription services for members of the association, and improved search engine results page (SERP) placement resulting from freshness of content inherent in publishing a feed.

The site design uses the advanced Enfeedia publishing features of Members-Only postings and Headline Feeds. Check out the Gold Mountain HOA website. Members-Only postings require a password to view. Headline feeds automatically aggregate news items posted on other feeds on the site, so that one can view that one feed -- and perhaps set up an alert for that one feed -- to track news from throughout the site, as controlled by the site administrator.
