New Website built on AACA, with brilliant WeekWise planner -- WoodWorkers

  FeedBack ( 0) Here's a great example of a new website being built from scratch using the AACA platform and features: check out Woodworkers. This unique website website employs the AACA "WeekWise" feature, used to manage shop sessions including availability of monitors for various sessions. (The image attached to this posting is a screenshot and therefore is not "live".)
With monitors being required for all Arts & Technology building clubs, the configurable WeekWise feature will come in handy for all those clubs. Monitors select sessions to administer by clicking on the sessions, while club leaders assign session topics by clicking on sessions and selecting from a list of topics.
The Woodworkers president thoughtfully chose to put WeekWise at the top of the site for the convenience of the members who the Board serve. Instead of depending on weekly updates, members get real-time — and therefore always accurate — information about the Woodworkers shop.

Embedding an ACAA "Club Brief" onto an existing website

 FeedBack ( 0) Here is an example of upgrading an existing SBR club website. Check out Table Tennis . Notice the information block with email and News icons at the top of the page. That is done simply by embedding the AACA "Club Brief" for this club. It's the section that appears for every SBR club that is generated by filling out a simple form to originate the club site.
This approach provides the ability to add features like a photo library and videos for tournament, for example, without touching the club's website code. Whenever the site owner makes changes in the AACA, they are instantly presented wherever that feature is embedded.
The president of the Table Tennis club can chose to implement other AACA features such that, in this case, the site could be constructed completely using AACA features. It's possible to embed AACA features into all sites with the saddlebrookeranch.org domain name. Beyond that, depending on your site implementation, you may be able to embed AACA features into your site too.
