 When you begin to use elements of the site below WeekWise, you will notice that, from then on, that top matter (website introduction and WeekWise) are no longer shown. The reason is to avoid requiring you to scroll past it every time you use a feature of the site. To pull that top matter into view, click that icon -- it means "Restart".

1.2 What is “WeekWise”?

WeekWise is a calendar system to (1) provide a means for Monitor members to sign up to monitor a session, and (2) for club leaders to schedule events for sessions covering a wide range of topics. Each day of the week comprises three 4-hour sessions. The calendar looks four weeks into the future and advances on midnight at midnight every Sunday.

1.1 How do I use this website?

When you land on the website, you see the four week rolling calendar dubbed "WeekWise". It's the centerpiece of the site, for planning sessions over the coming four weeks. Below that are located a News feed and a section for exploring the shop equipment. Between WeekWise and the feed and equipment section, you will find a Menu button that will open a sidebar with options. Also, a button for logging into the website if you are a member. To become a member, contact club officials using the "Contact Us" feature in the sidebar.

2.2 What are member "Roles"?

Roles describe various levels of membership. For example, a member who volunteers to be a Monitor have access to posting on WeekWise to select session times that work best with their schedules. In return for volunteering, Monitors have certain privileges in terms of access to the shop. These privileges may change from time to time, so ask club leadership for details.

2.1 If I become a member and log in, what additional features of the website will I see?

As a member, you will have access to the club Directory and be able to sign-up to attend special events. Those events will be apparent in WeekWise sessions, and clicking such a session will open a sign-up sheet. With just one click, you can sign up. And with another click, submit an (optional) note associated with your signup.
There are various levels of membership. Depending on how you wish to participate and receive training, you can be enjoy a higher level of membership. Additional features are presented, and you may even participate in posting items on the website.
